Advice and Support

We provide confidential advice and support to the legal profession and their clients on all matters concerning construction contracts, building disputes and related legal proceedings, including on going assistance until settlement is achieved.

Advice is provided on the merits, validity and quantum of claims or disputes, whether solicitors are appointed to prosecute or defend proceedings. Where a claim has been prepared by a client, we can provide an independent appraisal. This fresh approach often identifies areas, which enhance settlements.

In some cases, solicitors are consulted by clients who are involved in a dispute, or consider grounds exist for an entitlement, but have yet to prepare detailed documentation. If the solicitor considers such a document is a necessary as a first step, we can arrange preparation or assist by working in conjunction with a client’s own staff.
